My puppy has mange. Can I treat it at home without a vet visit?

I just got a new puppy and she has puppy mange. Is there anything I can do for her at home or any medicines i can use over the counter for her. I currently dont have the money to take her to the vet and pay over $100. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 7 days old | 8 lbs
