Is it better to use HClO solution to treat feline acne or use Chlorhexidine? Or is there any better way you can advise me?

I'm assuming that you're asking about using Hypochlorous acid (HClO aka bleach) versus chlorhexidine. In this case, it is definitely better to use chlorhexidine. HClO can be very damaging to the skin and there is really no indication to use it on any part of the body. HClO should only be used for cleaning surfaces or other inanimate things. I hope that helps.
