It sounds as Fify is suffering from a serious gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need to have an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

Hello there and thank you for posting your concerns about Fifi. It sounds like Fifi is not feeling well at all. With her age being almost 14 years old, I would definitely recommend that you get her into your vet to be seen as soon as possible. Especially if she is weak and having trouble standing. Dehydration can take quite the toll on these older animals, especially if left untreated. I would at least have her examined and a small blood panel run to ensure her overall systemic function is adequate. Your vet can administer the appropriate treatments to get her feeling better. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further questions / concerns you may have. I am also available via consultation.
