Dog licking raw nose/mouth after being outside. Is it allergies?

Hello, my dog got out of the fence the other night and when he came back he was acting weird by constantly licking around his nose and mouth, now it is so raw and he keeps licking it which is making it worse.. any idea what this could be from? Allergic reaction? And how do I make him stop licking to relive pain and help it heal?

IT could be an allergic reaction or an infection. you can try giving him a benadryl and see if it has any effect on him, if it doesn't you will need to take him to the vet in order for him to get an anti allergy injection and possibly some antibiotics as well.
