My hamster has a swollen eye and a growth near its mouth. What to do?

Hello my hamster has one eye closed and swollen it he can't really open it , I used a cotton pad with water and tea and I rubbed it gently on hi eye it helped before but now this sore eye came back what to do ? Also he has soenthibg frowning from beside his mouth it looks like a horn , it's brown and hard , I tried to remove it but I'm too scared I will hurt him. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Male

Poor Cookie! The tea has hopefully helped but you need to get him to a vet asap as most pressingly it looks like one of his teeth has overgrown so much it has come out of the cheek-what you say looks like a horn. I cant be 100% as the photos are blurry but it certainly looks likely. This could be effecting the eye also, but regardless the vet can check the eyes at the same time.
