My schnauzer is throwing up and has a runny diarhea i've had her for 2 yrs and she has never done this before, she is up to date with her vaccines, she is also in heat, what should i do? Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 15 lbs

I am sorry to hear Pepper isn't feeling well. I recommend taking her to the vet to find out what's going on. It could be a GI virus or something like pancreatitis (very common for this breed). They may want to run blood work and X-rays. Either way, they will want to give fluids so she doesn't get dehydrated and start medication to get her feeling better. Good luck and kisses to Pepper!
