Puppy hit in face. Why is he suddenly lethargic and not eating?

My puppy is 11 months and on Thursday my brother accidentally hit him with a ball in the face area. He was fine when we examined him. But on Sunday he started acting weird not eating and sleeping a lot we are really worried! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 11 months old | 20 lbs

Hello! Thank you for your post! I would get him seen by a vet to be examined. There is a chance the trauma from the ball could have broken something, dislocated something or caused head trauma. If he has been declining I would get him in to be looked at asap if you are able to.
