My dog is sleepy, shaking, not eating, and whines when touched.

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 9 lbs

Dog isn't acting right is sleepy and shaking and whining but not as much only when he's touch in an area he isn't eating but is pooping and pee like normal why is he acting weird?

It sounds like Kale is in pain. They can lose their appetite when they are in pain, so that would explain why he's not eating. The pain could be from many different things. He could have a disease, blockage, pain in his spine or even something serious like cancer. Either way, it would be good to bring him in for a veterinarian to evaluate him. Often, they can find the cause of the pain and give medication to make him feel better. Take note of where he is sensitive and inform the vet. This will help them determine the cause.
