My kitten has crusty skin and dandruff after dog shampoo. What is it?

hi, I received a kitten from my friend and she had showered her with dog shampoo. So I'm not sure if that's why she has crusty white skin and it's like dandruff and rough on her belly area. I'm not sure what it might be. I'm not sure if I should keep her. Her ears also have like crusty areas. She's not bald or anything like that either. She's really small maybe like a month. But I'm not sure.

Sierra is very cute! I can see what you mean about her skin, it looks like dhe has a superficial reaction which could be related to being bathed recently. Alternatively it may be a skin infection. Either way it should be treatable so I wouldn't rush to give her back unless you really want to. What I would suggest would be taking her into a vet for a general check up to make sure she is healthy otherwise and also to have the skin checked. It may simply be a case of letting it settle or possibly some treatment may be necessary.
