My female English Mastif has sores on her tummy and around where she pees. Pet's info: Dog | English Mastiff | Female | spayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 145 lbs

I would recommend taking Nikko to a vet for a good exam. The picture looks like Nikko has a superficial skin infection called a pyoderma. This can happen secondary to allergies or irritation of the skin. You can try an over the counter medicated shampoo but most of the time it will take an antibiotic from your vet to clear up the skin infection
