My cat's urine has fat droplets. Is this normal or a health issue?

Is it normal for a cat to have fat found in his urine? Mau has been having trouble with his bowel movements and in their color, but his blood work came back normal.

Fat droplets in the urine are a rare occurrence, it can be found rarely in obese cats with urinary tract problems. the bowel movement problems are not likely to have any relation with the fat in the urine though.
