My budgie's feet look splayed and toes curl when perching. Is he okay?

Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

I just got a new budgie yesterday and he doesn't have bars going down to his cere so I'm guessing he's 4-5 months old. I've had budgies before and this one seems like his feet/legs are a little farther apart then normal when he perches. Also, when he perches his feet are slightly turned inward and his toes curl. He can still get around but I just wanted to know if it's something urgent I should be worried about or if it will get better over time or if he has some disability or deformity.

Be sure that Rio's toenails are not overgrown as this can cause abnormalities when standing or perching. Also make sure he has several purchases of different varying diameters and textures in his cage to help encourage proper grip and strength. It's hard to say if what you're describing is abnormal or just a normal variation.
