Why is my Pit Bull stuck, tired, with red eyes? Is it a seizure?

Hello I have a blue nosed pit bull around 18months old and I'm a little concerned that something may be wrong with him . Last night I was calling his name for him to get up and get in bed and the only thing he could move Was his tail all four legs where stretched as if he was temporally stuck or something . His breathing is a little off more than usual his eating habit is still good , he is hydrated . He eyes are producing cold "clear" and he seems so tired and his eyes are kind of red and he lo

It sounds like Blessing may have had a partial seizure, especially if he seemed disoriented for a little while after he was able to move again. Some other possibilities would be ingestion of a toxin, low blood sugar or liver disease, although I would expect these to cause just one incident like you describe. The breathing, clear eye discharge and lethargy are all somewhat vague signs that could be a sign of a number of different diseases. I would recommend having him examined by your veterinarian - they may recommend screening lab work especially if they are suspicious of a seizure as well. They can also listen to his lungs and examine his eyes to make sure everything is okay. If he has any other episodes similar to the one last night you should try to get a video to show your veterinarian.
