Is it safe to give a 7 month boxer a bone marrow?

Great question! I personally don't recommend giving dogs any bones, even though with bone marrow in it, because they break teeth, and can cause choking and obstructions in the GI tract. I don't feel it's safe and it's not worth the risks to the dog. If you do decide to give one to Maya, I would monitor her the entire time she is chewing on it, making sure she doesn't swallow large pieces of it whole. I hope this helps!

I wouldn't worry about him being too young, but bones like this can be problematic to a dog of any age. Below is a link to a great article that explains the risks of giving bones. https://www.petcoach.co/article/how-to-be-safe-when-giving-bones-as-treats-1/ After that, I would not worry about the bone being toxic or overly concerning. Pepe Le Pew is super cute by the way. I hope that helps and all is well.
