Hi, my pit bull pup (3 months) has one of those "pustules", a single dime-sized lesion filled with clear liquid, On her rib cage, and has been acting strangely today especially, about 3 days after it popped up (lethargic and indifferent when normally high-energy). Any way to tell what it is and should I be concerned? Thnx, Seth

Hi Seth! Molly is a lovely looking girl. This pustule could be from an insect bite, it could be a cyst, or she could have injured herself causing it. It is concerning that she is acting lethargic lately, and I would have her seen by a vet first thing in the morning for it as long as she is still eating and drinking, and going to the bathroom normally. The vet can diagnose what is causing this pustule and lethargy, and can treat her for it. If she isn't eating or drinking, is extremely lethargic, or develops other signs such as vomiting and diarrhea, I would take her into a vet immediately. I hope this helps!
