Hi, my puppy fell in her mouth Friday night, now a teeth is falling out, I'm not sure iif it's just a puppy teeth coming out naturally or if she got hurted by the fall.

The 2 front and center are adult teeth and the ones next to then are baby teeth that are meant to fall out. If she is eating and drinking normally and still playful I would not worry about the injury causing it as this is the right age for it to occur anyways. Her guns look healthy so you are unlikely to notice any problems if it was caused by the fall

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Kendra! Based on your pictures it appears that the right 2nd incisor is cracked. It is a baby tooth but you will need to watch it closely to be sure the entire tooth is shed when the adult tooth comes in. If it doesn't ask your vet to extract the tooth when she is spayed. Good luck!
