Some people anecdotally report 'morning sickness' in cats and dogs around 2-4 weeks of gestation, but there is no evidence to support it is a real syndrome in pets. If you think Chino is pregnant a veterinarian might be able to confirm the pregnancy by palpating the abdomen if it is still early, or with ultrasound around day 20-25.

Cats don't suffer with morning sickness when pregnant. Chino is therefore unwell for another reason and should be checked over by your veterinarian. He will be able to tell you for sure if Chino is pregnant or not.
