How to feed a young pigeon with scissor beak: amount & frequency?

Need to know how to feed a pigeon with scissor beak. It is older than a fledgling but still fairly young, malnourished. I have exact formula. I need to know how much,how often. Help!

If you've never fed a young bird, it would be best to have an experienced avian veterinarian or bird breeder show you in person. It is easy to accidentally cause aspiration of food when feeding. The technique in this video below may work safely as opposed to syringe feeding. https://youtu.be/e1oJKA4KebI A veterinarian may be able to trim the beak so it the alignment is in a more natural state. If the bird is young enough, you may be able to correct the defect to a certain extent with proper diet, grinding and gentle traction or pressure.
