Why does my male dog have recurring bleeding spots on his testicles?

I have a standard poodle that had a bleeding ulcer on his testis. Vet said it was trauma,we did an antibiotic treatment and that subsided.Its a week since last AB injection and i am seeing new spots on his testicles which i think will flare up to be the ulcers as before. Do you have any idea what the underlying condition might be, as I am at a loss and the vets locally available just treat the symptoms and call it quits after a week of antibiotics.Attached current photos with old spot visiible. Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 5 months old | 46 lbs

It could be from over licking the area or possibly from laying on the testicles for too long. it could also be a recurring infection which is not uncommon on the testicles. the main options are to have another course of antibiotics this time for a longer period. by the way having him neutered will also solve this issue.
