My baby bird has a limp leg. Can a broken bird leg be fixed?

Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 0 lbs

Baby bird found I want the best for this dude and I have heard rehabilitation centers will euthanize common small animals they are unable to help. I just want the best for this cool little dude and I want to know before I bring him in if the break is fixable. it's been an unknown amount of time and the leg is totally limp. if there is a break it is near the base of the leg. I can't get a good picture as he is most comfortable and in less pain when he is not being handled(of course)

Breaks are usually fixable in birds, either by applying a splint or surgically, it depends how bad it is basically. this will need to be assess and done by an avian vet specialist, if the leg and not the wing is broken then her chances are generally better.
