Unfortunately this is not unusual and it could happen as often dogs fail to show and read properly body language and facial expressions between each other when one of them is sick. Do not leave them unattended together as that could result in more and more aggression episodes. Unfortunately there is not much you can do a part from monitor them closely. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
