Hello. I'm pretty sure my dog drank water that was polluted with motor oil there is enough oil in the water for there to be a sheen completely across the puddle I'm pretty sure this is where she drank it I don't know how much she drank but I am giving her fluids and making sure she is eating is there anything else I can do for her at home? There's no 24 hour vet for at least 100 miles she is not vomiting but has had diarrhea any advice you can give me is greatly appreciated

First of all, do not induce vomiting with this particular toxin, as it cause cause more damage by coming back up and Harley is at an increased risk of aspiration (going into her lungs). Side effects of petroleum product ingestion can include vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, difficulty breathing, tremor, and coma, among other things. Ideally, I would advise immediate emergency veterinary care. If this is not reasonable, Harley needs to see a vet first thing in the morning.
