Is anti-mange safe for my 2-month-old puppy, or will it harm its liver?

Is anti-mange harmful for a 2month old puppy? Because they say that it can harm her liver.

The drug that is commonly used against mange is in the class of drugs known as avermectins, so I'll assume this is the anti-mange you are referring to. If you happen to find the name of the drug used, you can post the question again. If the name ends with -mectin, then it's an avermectin. This drug is usually very safe and the biggest concern is that it may cause seizures in some dogs. This would happen soon after giving the drug. While the drug is metabolized by the liver, it does not tend to harm it and is safe for a two month old. I hope that helps.
