Dog not eating, stomach stiff, and whimpering. What should I do?

My dog, Tahki, hasn't been eating kuchen lately and we thought it was due to the heat. However, today we tried to pick her up to put her on the bed and she whimpered as if she was in pain. We then noticed that her stomach is very stiff, but she's fixed so there's no way she pregnant.... I looked up signs of bloat and she doesn't match any of the symptoms.
