Dog threw up undigested food. Should I re-feed or give a treat?

Hi I fed my dog a few hours ago but he was sick and un digested food was thrown up Would you advise re feeding or just a odd buiscit? Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered

I would wait a couple of hours before feeding him again. Give his stomach time to calm down. If he doesn't vomit again, give Milo a small amount of food and wait 20-30 minutes. If he doesn't vomit, give him a little more. If he vomits again, I recommend an exam by a vet to determine why he is vomiting. Good luck and kisses to Milo!
