My dog is blind and swollen a year after spleen tumor surgery. Why?

Hi my dog had a tumour in her spleen and she had it taken away but after she came out of the operation she was blind in one eye and very swollen and still is after a year wot could it be thanks lisa

I strongly recommend you seek referral to a specialist ophthalmologist, it looks like there may be increased pressure or glaucoma which is very painful. It may be rarely associated with tumors but there are many other possible causes
