My staff has got bumps all over his body over night, he's not in pain and he's eating okay. What could this be?

Without being able to see him, it is hard for me to tell you exactly what could be going on. Small bumps all over the body could be hives from an allergic reaction, infection, fleas, mites, or even cancer. I would keep a close eye on Diesel, if the bumps continue to spread or have not gone away in 12-24 hours, or if he starts coughing, having trouble breathing, stops eating, or becomes lethargic, he may need to see a vet.

I would guess that this is a dry pyoderma, or bacterial skin infection. Ringworm and fungal infections could look similar. I would recommend having King examined by your veterinarian. They would probably recommend starting oral and topical medications to help it resolve, and you can also discuss looking for an underlying cause.
