My dog's skin is burned by undiluted lime sulfur dip. What to do?

Hi I am Zakaria Jones and i am 16 years old and me and my family have two dogs a American Pit and a little Red Nost Pit he's older but just small that's all. My mom bought stuff like Cap Star and Frontline and they were working just a bit. We bought some Lime Sulfer Dip and i was excited to use it and i've used it before and since i was so excited to help them i forgot to put the water in it so it's like stuck on their sking and it's peeling i can see their meat they are swollen around the back. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 80 lbs
