Hi I have a 9 week old lab border collie mix I got him from aspca and he has just finished his 9 day treatment for coccidia and he has a bloated belly and he keeps puking in his mouth here and there im super worried is it typical for him to still have a swollen belly and puking after he has finished his treatment is he going to be okay until the 11 Aug his next vet visit or go sooner his last visit in July he weighed 5.3 lbs

Hello, no these symptoms are not typical after finishing a course of treatment for coccidia. It's possible that Maverick has intestinal parasites such as roundworms that would not be treated with the coccidia medication. I would recommend having him seen sooner than Aug 11 if you're worried about him, or you could start by dropping off a fresh fecal sample for your vet to rule out other intestinal parasites and go from there.
