I am very concerned about Pilly, it sounds like he has a very upset stomach! My top concern would be a blockage in his intestines caused by something that he ate, like a toy, bone, sock, trash, etc. This would also prevent food from moving through his system and turning into feces. Other possibilities include bacterial or viral infection, intestinal parasites, or other internal issue. I recommend that Pilly see a vet as soon as possible. Your vet will probably recommend x-rays and maybe even blood work depending on what they discover during the physical exam.

I am so sorry to hear that Cooper is still not feeling well. I think you should find another available vet and discuss diagnostics and treatment that he may need, such as blood work, x-rays, or ultrasound. I would be highly suspicious of an intestinal foreign body or blockage; this will not improve with medications or injections, as you have seen. He is also likely very dehydrated at this point, you should also discuss in-hospital treatment for IV fluids with a vet.

Hello. Cooper is probably very stressed from being removed from his mother & siblings. This can exacerbate any underlying problems like intestinal parasites. Most puppies will have some, especially roundworms. Very young puppies can also become dehydrated very quickly, so the best thing to do is to have him evaluated immediately by your veterinarian so that any underlying problems can be addressed quickly. Hopefully Cooper will be feeling better very soon. Thanks for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.

He may just have a bad case of acid reflux. This is common in pets that are otherwise happy and healthy and vomit up bile. You should talk to your vet about prescribing some antacids for Cooper to see if this helps. It can take a week or two to see results. If this doesn't help then other possible causes are a gallbladder issue, liver problem, or kidney problem just to name a few. Baseline bloodwork would be the next best step towards finding out if there are any other underlying causes that need to be treated for in order to get Cooper back to normal. I hope that you can help your pet Cooper stay regular and vomit free! Take care.

It sounds as Cooper is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
