We found a stray kitten and she is very very skinny and we put her in a cage with food and water but she bit us and Drew blood and us scratching. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female

There could be many things wrong with the cat to make her so skinny, including intestinal parasites, malnutrition, infection, cancer, etc. However, I am more concerned that she bit you and drew blood. Cats can have some very nasty bacteria in their mouths, and I recommend that you see a doctor as soon as possible for the appropriate treatment. Also, since we do not know her vaccine status, we cannot be certain that she does not have Rabies, which is 100% fatal in humans. I recommend that you contact your local Animal Control office or law enforcement so that the appropriate quarantine or diagnostics can be done on the cat or you.
