My 1-week-old puppy has watery yellow stool. Is my formula wrong?

My 1 week old puppy's stool is alot watery and yellowish! I am feeding him lactogen and cerelac! What's the problem here? Why his stool is like this. I have attached photos of his stool!

Make sure you are feeding a puppy milk replacer and not a human formula. Puppies require different nutrients than human infants do. You can pick up Esbilac from a pet store. The puppy may also have intestinal parasites and need to be dewormed. Make sure what you use is safe for puppies that age. Good luck and kisses to Duckey!

    Are you using human formula or puppy formula? Human formula is not nutritionally correct for dogs and can make them sick. You can look up homemade recipes for puppy formula or go to a pet store and purchase formula, especially for puppies. KMR is the most common brand.
