My kitten fell and is sneezing with eye pus. Should I see a vet?

Hi, my one- month kitten fell down 2 floors. When I found her, there was a blood clot on her nose, which I cleaned. Some cuts on her face. She's walking fine, but very subdued. No head tilt or vomitting or drooling. She's eating but keeps sneezing. Her right eye was swollen yesterday, I did cold compress. Today the swelling has gone down but there was a little pus.

You need to monitor her closely in the next 48 hours, the sneezing is probably from falling on the nose and that should resolve soon enough. you also need to check the eye every day and make sure the pus does not get worse, if it does then there is an active infection and you will need to take her to the vet to get it treated.
