Why is my miniature dachshund throwing up, wheezing, and sad?

My miniature dachshund has thrown up today, his nose is still wet however. His breath is a little wheezy. He is not being playful at all which is not himself. I've only seen him be this way once. His eyes are small and he looks sad. Do you know what it could be. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 3 months old

Hi. Poor dexter. I don't know if it's just him normally or not, but his back seems arched. He seems guarded. I'd get him checked out to have his tummy, back, and analysis glands checked. Good luck.
