Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 1 year old | 6.7 lbs
My female cat tears her hair out. She has been to the vet numerous times and they have done meds, shots,I have tried otc creams, sprays ect and nothing is helping. I really believe it's a behavior and I want to help her, but I don't know how. She tears out the hair mostly when my male cat escapes outside and she doesn't get to go out. We have been advised not to let her out because of breathing problems and allergies. Can you advise me what to do? Behavior meds?

You can start with Feliway spray and diffusers as this can help with areas and anxiety. If that is no help they do offer prescription anxiety medications and natural calming treats. All are variable based on the patient so you may have to try 1-2 before you find what works best. It is best to talk to your vet to see which prescription is best
