My dog has a clear neck lump that squirts pus and grows back. Is it serious?

Hi, my black poodle has a clear small sized lump on his neck. The lumps seems to continue to grow. When squeezed it squarts out a clear puss and goes down in size but then grows back again days later. Should this be concerning? Or could I just be a reoccurring blister as such. Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male | 15 lbs

It sounds like Banjo may have a cyst. They are pretty common in poodles. They are benign but can get infected or rupture on occasion. I would take him to your vet to have them confirm, and they can go over options for removing it if it's bothering you or him.
