My mastiff lab mix is having head convulsions. What should I do?

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sorry to hear that you think Thor is having some problems. This is difficult to assess without seeing the episodes or viewing a video of the episode. Certainly what you describe is not normal and you should have Thor evaluated by your veterinarian. It is possible this could be small seizure activities or possibly from some brain/head trauma in the past. Other things to consider would be toxins, infection, inflammation. Your vet can evaluate Thor and advise blood tests, etc to get to the bottom of this problem. I hope he gets better soon.
