Is it ok to feed a 7 month old puppy "All Life Stages" food? We fed him Royal Canin puppy food for his first 5 months, but he developed over a month long bout of diarrhea that tested negative for parasites and didn't respond to antibiotics, so we changed foods. We landed on a Salmon, Pumpkin & Sweet Potato dry food from Nature's Recipe, but it's technically not a puppy food and says "All Life Stages" on the bag. It seems like a highly rated food, but I don't want pup to be malnourished.

That is certainly a good quality food formulated for "all life stages" and is sufficient to provide all nutrients he needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
