Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 5 years and 7 months old | 60 lbs
About 5 or 6 months ago my mother found my dog seizing. He had average symptoms and it was fairly short. He showed no other symptoms of anything else. He had a vet appointment and nothing suspicious was found. Today, he had another seizure lasting longer this time but not very long. We live by a creek and there are plants in the field by the creek. Could it have been something they may be ingesting? He has another vet appointment but I'm wondering how concerning these sporadic seizures may be.

It's possible but unlikely, Mitch is in the age range that fits epilepsy, this condition usually starts in dogs aged 1-5 years. as he had already 2 seizures in less than 6 months, it is very likely that your vet will recommend to put him on anti seizure medications permanently.
