My dog has a red, bleeding bump. Should I be worried or see a vet?

Hi, my dog has a small bump that looks like it was bleeding. I tried taking a damp paper towel and cleaning it but it's still very red. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 65 lbs

IT could be a small infection, it could also be a lump (tumor), i recommend not touching it and just keeping an eye on it in the next couple weeks, if it does not resolve or gets bigger- take Gunner to the vet in order to get it treated.
