My Moluccan bird threw up clear liquid but seems fine. Should I worry?

My Moluccan just projectile vomited. It was just clear fluid. He seems to be acting the same. Poops are fine as well. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

It could be a one time thing, in that case there is no need to worry about it, but if he continues vomiting then he is probably suffering from a gastrointestinal condition and will need to be seen by an avian vet ASAP.
