My cat has been lethargic not eating or drinking, she sit in water, have uncontrollable biles. Her name is Kansas and she is seven yrs old. Pet's info: Cat | American Wirehair | Female | 8 years and 4 months old

I can see why you are concerned about Kansas! I am worried, also. There can be many, many causes for the symptoms you see, including intestinal obstruction, diabetes, and kidney failure. I recommend that you see a vet ASAP!
