My puppy wakes up barking early. How can I get her to sleep longer?

I have a 15 week Aussie/Golden & she stays in the crate in 4 hours increments! At night we put her to bed 10/10:30 and she used to sleep until 6/6:30. Now she's been waking up at 4:30/5 barking so loud it hurts our ears. Is this normal? We've read things that we should let her cry and she will go back to to sleep. Others say she sleeps quite well for her age. If so, at what age will she maybe stop the loud barking in the morning? We always wait until she stops barking before letting her out.

If you keep getting her out at that time she will get used to that. Ideally you should build her back up to the later time. make her stay there a little longer each day until 6-630. At 4 months old, it is not unreasonable to expect her to not go to the bathroom from 10-6. If you are consistent, she will begin to understand that routine and stay quiet.
