Since so many things can cause digestive upset, I would advise that you have Bambi evaluated by your veterinarian. They can perform a physical exam, look at a fecal sample for signs of intestinal worms, advise blood tests, or even more specialized tests to assess the intestinal tract. Imaging studies such as X-Ray, Ultrasounds, or even an endoscopic exam with a special instrument to look inside of the stomach and intestinal tract. Possible causes include dietary indiscretion (eating things she shouldn't), intestinal worms, food allergy, pancreatitis, other internal organ problems, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. Once the problem is determined, your veterinarian can recommend the appropriate food. They may even suggest a bland diet for a while to see if the problem improves. I hope you can take Bambi soon so that both of you start feeling better.
