Is letting you dog have bacon or other pork on occasion OK? I was told long ago it can cause worms. Now I see pork in some dog foods so just checking /

Hello, uncooked pork can cause worms even in humans. Cooked pork products are generally safe to use. The pork in processed dog food is cooked and there should be no raw pork unless indicated. A good pice of bacon is ok for Taz every now and then. Just make sure he isn't eating it too frequently as the fat and sodium can lead to other health problems. Hope this helps.
