Why is my Yorkie suddenly sleeping under the bed after 7 years?

My yorkie has always slept in bed with me, For 7 years now. She is my shadow always. Recently she starts to sleep with me but within 5-10 minutes goes under the bed and sleeps there all night? She won't come up even I call her. Could there be a reason for this. Nothing changed before she started to do this. ??? There is no way to know exactly why Mya is exhibiting this new behavior. It could be as simple as she is just too hot in the bed, or feels nervous about jumping up or down, etc. As long as she seems completely normal otherwise, and has no vomiting, diarrhea, or other medical issues going on, I would try not to worry too much about it.
