Is my canary's restless sleep and frequent waking a sign of illness?

My canary keeps sleeping like this and it is obvious that she is disturbed because she keeps waking up is this normal? :(. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 30 days old

If April is doing this more frequently than usual or during the day it may be a sign of illness. Birds will sleep more fluff their feathers and hide their heads when they are feeling unwell. I would suggest finding an avian veterinarian For April.
