My cat with thyroid isn't eating & has bloody diarrhea. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 18 years old | 4 lbs

My cat has thyroid problems for a while and her condition has worsen. Two days she has not eaten she drinks water for at least 5 minutes diarrhea with blood.

Poor Patches! It does sound like she's extremely sick. I would recommend taking her to an emergency vet tonight if you are able to, since it may not be safe to wait until morning if she is having bloody diarrhea and hasn't eaten in two days. The vet there can do blood work or other testing if needed to help determine what needs to be done. She may need to have her thyroid medication adjusted, or she may have some other problem such as diabetes or kidney failure that will need to be treated as well.
