Black lab x 11 years old. Large orange sized growth under neck. Open slightly. Foul smelling drainage.. on a stalk. Pendulum.

It sounds infected with the drainage and an odor. Because it is pendulous with a stalk it is easier to remove completely. Your vet can remove it and have it evaluated to be sure but may consider antibiotics first to help get the infection under control
