My bird is puffed up and acting strange. Is he sick? What to do?

My bird keeps puffing up and is acting strange and I was wondering what this could be because of and if he is sick how can I treat him myself because there are no avian vets close by. The closest one it an hour and a half away. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | unneutered

You bird is very sick, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take him to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease.
